  • Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, Peace Over Violence does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on items offered for sale in our store.

  • For questions about orders or any issues, contact shop@peaceoverviolence.org.

  • If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact shop@peaceoverviolence.org and a replacement item will be sent free of charge.

PURCHASE ORDER GUIDE

Our preferred method of payment is credit card directly through our e-shop as it's the fastest and easiest option for all parties. 

If credit card payment is not available after all, and due to limited capabilities, purchase orders (i.e. receiving payment via check) are only available for orders more than $200, before shipping & taxes. 

A premium fee of $12 is also applied to the order to cover the cost of a manual order with our fulfillment house.

If you’d like to move forward with this process, please note that we’ll able to hold your products for two weeks only and these order products will not be shipped until payment or formal purchase order confirmation is received.

  1. “Bill to” Name / Org, Address, Phone number and email

  2. Ship to: Name or Org Address (& Preferred Shipping date - this may change shipping costs)
