Through a combination of stream-of-consciousness journaling and found poetry, you will be guided through a series of prompts that will enable you to authentically and vulnerably explore difficult emotions and experiences, before transforming those struggles, frustrations, burdens, and despair into powerful messages of acceptance, resilience, promise, and hope.
